For our standard Wedding Collection, the minimum order is 20 jars. This ensures we can maintain the quality, care, and consistency required for each order.
7. How far in advance should we order?
We recommend the following timelines:
- Standard Collection: Minimum of 3 months in advance
- Bespoke Orders: Minimum of 6 months in advance
This allows sufficient time for sourcing, preparation, and careful production, particularly for bespoke creations.
8. How does payment work?
Once your order is confirmed, an invoice will be issued:
- 70% deposit to secure your booking
- 30% balance due before dispatch
Production begins once the deposit has been received.
9. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery options are available. Complimentary delivery may be offered on larger orders, depending on location and order size. This will be confirmed during your enquiry.
10. What happens after we submit an enquiry?
After submitting your enquiry:
- We review your request
- Confirm availability
- Contact you via email and/or phone
- Issue your invoice
From there, we begin preparing your order with care and attention to detail.
11. Can we make changes after placing an order?
Changes can be made within 7 days of placing your order, subject to confirmation. After this period, production will have begun, and any amendments may incur an additional fee.
