Shipping policy

1. Shipping, Postage & Packaging

• All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days once full payment has been received.
• Orders are shipped or posted using Royal Mail, EVRi, or Next Day Delivery options.
• Express delivery is available and typically takes 1–2 days, depending on location.
• Postage and shipping are paid by the customer and must be cleared before any order is released.
• Packaging is eco-conscious. Each jar is bubble-wrapped individually and placed inside a BEEyond Honey gift bag. Gift bag colours may vary depending on edition branding.
• BEEyond Honey Collection UK is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, postal strikes, or delays caused by late customer payment.
• Damage must be reported within 48 hours with photographs.
• International shipping is available upon request.

 

2. Order Processing & Lead Times

• Standard orders: 3–5 business days.
• Large or corporate orders: 7–21 days, depending on quantity and season.
• Seasonal collections may require extended lead times.
• Custom label branding requires an additional 5–7 days for design and approval.
