We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Why does my honey crystallise?
Crystallisation is a natural process in raw honey and a sign of authenticity. It occurs when natural sugars solidify over time.
How do I soften crystallised honey?
Place the jar in a bowl of warm (not boiling) water and gently stir until softened. Avoid microwaving.
What ingredients do you use in your infusions?
We use whole natural ingredients, including herbs, spices, fruits, roots, and botanicals. No artificial flavours or preservatives are added.
Are your infusions medicinal?
Our products are food items, not medicines. We do not make medical claims. Some ingredients have a long history of traditional culinary and cultural use.
Can I cook or bake with your honey?

Our honey can also be used in hot water, tea, milk, and plant-based milks. Avoid boiling temperatures where possible.
Are your products suitable for children?
Honey is not suitable for children under 12 months. For older children, suitability depends on ingredients; please check individual product descriptions.

Can I get drunk from SWEETLY SPIRITED honey?
No. The alcohol content is very low. You will not become intoxicated. The infusion delivers flavour and aroma, not an intoxicating effect.

Alcohol is an effective flavour carrier, helping extract and preserve complex notes from botanicals and spices.
Also, Crystallisation depends on the honey composition, not the alcohol content.
How much alcohol remains in the final product?
Only trace amounts remain after infusion. The product is designed for flavour, not alcohol consumption.
But due to alcohol content, this range is strictly for adults aged 18+.

Is it safe to combine alcohol with raw honey?
Yes. Honey and alcohol have been used together historically in culinary preparations.
This infusion also works well in hot water, milk, and plant-based milks. Gentle heat enhances aroma.
Can it be used cold?
Yes. Excellent over crushed ice, in mocktails, or drizzled into chilled desserts.
Heat may slightly reduce alcohol presence, but levels are already minimal.
